Rebuilding my deck, absolute beginner. Here are my initial plans. Good start? Any glaring issues?

Need to rebuild my deck, but I don't have any experience with building a deck. I'm confident I can do it, but I need to make sure my plans are solid before I start. Are there any red flags with this initial design? I haven't decided between balusters or cable railing, but regardless I will be using 4x4 railing posts mounted to the outside of the frame secured with DTTZ tension ties.
