Intercessor with Auspex

2nd intercessor complete for the armageddon squad. Made him a bit more battleworn than the previous and also less chunky highlights. I would love to hear some honest thoughts and opinions.

This time I went for an easy paint job, also I wanted to keep things as clean as possible, with almost no battle damage. Ironically, the only scratch on the model wasn't planned at all—I messed up the shoulder decal, so I had to turn it into weathering.

My first brothers are nearly finished!!

After deliberating for so long I finally decided on Crimson Fists and painted my first ever set of minis! This is my intercessor squad and it is almost finished except for highlights and shoulder decals. I experimented with my colour scheme a bit so let me know what you think!

Do they look too much like Ultramarines?

I am in the process of painting up my Bladeguard Veterans (as you can see because they are unfinished) and decided to put all my by now finished boys together. I really enjoy the painting process with talassar blue and i like how much it pops in combination with flesh tearers red. But im kinda torn ... should i repaint them with asurmen blue or some other darker blue?

My first minis

These are the first miniatures I’ve ever painted, so I’d really appreciate some honest feedback and tips on how I can improve. They are from the 10th edition starter box.
I know I made the mistake of over priming them, so I lost some of the finer details. I also know the faces didn’t turn out great that’s definitely the part I struggled with the most.
I’m also aware they’re missing the Crimson Fists chapter symbols on the shoulder pads. My 10th Edition Starter Set only came with Imperial Fists transfers and I don’t know where to get crimson fist ones.
Other than that, what do you think I did well, and what should I focus on improving next?

Forgot about this gem

Way back when, I worked with @emirh92 for a storm giant, he also did one for a crimson fist and white scar and iron hands and ravenguard for my buds.

Here is battle brother torres

My current 3235 points of crimson fists

Everything I have is painted, besides some miscellaneous bodies from failed kitbashes, or just extras. I’m very proud of my progress. The first 2k were originally imperial fists, I mainly only started imperial fists as I couldn’t get a hold on official transfers, but as soon as I did with the combat patrol I could finally start over and start the army I wanted when I first thought about getting into the hobby. All in all, I really restarted whenever the imperial fists combat patrol came out. So this is about a 9 month project I will continue to always work on hopefully. I still have yet to play the game after painting for almost 2 years, but I’m super interested and love watching videos about the game, but I have no clue how or where to start

Probably not the most common first Crimson Fist...

Hi everyone!

I know a Judiciar is probably an unusual choice for the first model in a Crimson Fists army, but I'm still waiting for the paints I need to properly highlight the Kantor Blue armor.

Rather than waiting, I decided to get started with a model that let me work on everything else in the meantime.

So here's my first Crimson Fist: a Judiciar!

Sergeant fists

I like following the lore when painting my marines and was wondering if sergeants are supposed to have the two red fists or if it’s just dependent. I’m working on the Armageddon box right now and I’m getting ready to paint the eradicators and intercessors. Would it make sense for the eradicator sergeant to have two fists but the intercessor sergeant to only have the one? Thanks for any info, I’m fairly new to Crimson Fists and I find conflicting heraldry designs when I try to look it up.

WIP Pedro Kantor

My version of Pedro Kantor kitbash from Armageddon box. When I've seen others make him from the captain and it inspired me to do something similar I'm very happy with the final results, going to start painting him soon.
