I currently plan on trading George Kittle at the trade deadline if he’s performing well. We are on round 7 pick 29 of the start up draft currently. It’s my selection and i have a trade worked out. My 7.29 and 9.04 and a 2028 1st from a guy who has a mid team. I’m getting a 2027 1st from a team who looks like it’ll give me a top 5 pick in the 1st. I’m ok with not taking anyone for the next few rounds. (I also don’t have an 8th round pick) i know i have a hole at flex but that’s ok. The 2027 class is stacked and the league looks like as of now that the dudes 2027 1st will be high.
I plan on trading Kittle if I’m not contending year 1 if he’s healthy and a top TE still, second question, what could i get for him? If prefer picks

Startup league, 32 man league (im psychotic i know) I’m not sure the best way to build my team. I’m 4 picks in and really like my team so far. IDP league (3 starters 3 bench) should i keep drafting offensive players or how’s the best strategy? I’m new to IDP leagues so need some help.
How should i construct my team? Obv the more younger players the better but I’m getting to the point where idk if i should go for more starters on offense or IDP players. (3 starters and 3 bench for IDP) screenshots below for my team so far plus league settings.
I love my starters and my bench is alright. 3 starting RBs on my bench, hoping 1 is good trade value. Am up to trading Kelce and Henry. I love my WR depth with 2 rookies Tate and Surratt.
Who should i try to trade away on this team? I know my bench is a little weak but it’s got some upside. 2 star potential WRs and 3 starting RBs on my bench who could have solid years who could be trade pieces if injuries occur.
