Audio Switching and Sound Loss Issue with Jabra Evolve2 55 on Windows 11 Pro
I am currently using a Jabra Evolve2 55 headset on a Windows 11 Pro workstation for daily office communication and multitasking across multiple applications, including Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Quo, and media playback.
I am experiencing an ongoing audio issue with the headset during normal usage. The device connects successfully and appears properly connected in Jabra Direct; however, audio playback intermittently stops working under the following conditions:
- Music or media plays normally initially
- After pausing audio for approximately 2–3 minutes, playback resumes without any sound output
- During calls (Teams, Google Chat, Quo), the headset functions correctly
- After ending a call, media playback no longer produces sound
- In some cases, music works but call audio does not, or vice versa
The headset remains connected and detected by both Windows and Jabra Direct during the issue.
