
New in Quo: Analytics improvements for deeper insights into your calls and conversations
We've made some big improvements to Analytics in Quo.
Analytics has always helped you understand what's happening across your business. Now it's easier to dig deeper into the numbers and understand why.
Here's what's new:
- Click into select charts to see the calls behind the numbers. Spot a spike in missed calls? Click the chart and see the actual calls that make up that data.
- New call outcome breakdowns so you can distinguish between missed, abandoned, forwarded, and voicemail calls.
- Compare performance against previous periods across key metrics.
- See team activity trends over time with performance changes highlighted.
- Track AI call tags and how they're trending over time.
Whether you're investigating missed calls, looking for staffing patterns, or trying to understand changes in call volume, Analytics now gives you more context without leaving the dashboard.
You don’t have to configure a thing. It’s available now on Business and Scale plans in the Analytics tab in your Quo inbox.
