Anyone else have issues with text messages not being delivered? We went a few days with no issues with texting and now we are unable to text. We receive them but can't text back.

We've made some big improvements to Analytics in Quo.

Analytics has always helped you understand what's happening across your business. Now it's easier to dig deeper into the numbers and understand why.

I have Pipedrive integration set up with all phone numbers active, but I don't see any activities logged inside of Pipedrive.

Anyone else run into this issue? How do we fix it?

As of this morning we noticed our push notifications on our phone apps are not resolving, even when all messages and calls are checked or placed in “done”. Only way to resolve this is to delete the app and reinstall it, which we have done multiple times now.

Can someone look into this?

I keep getting rejected when submitting my phone number, I've tried 3-4 times now and i don't understand the problem. Its for the same reason every time which is "The campaign submission has been reviewed and it was rejected because of provided Opt-in information."

I have exactly what they told me to provide and i still keep getting rejected. My terms of service and privacy policy also has the information that is needed.

This is what i submitted to get rejected.

"By checking this box, I consent to receive marketing and promotional text messages from Louies Window Cleaning at the phone number I have provided above. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help and STOP to stop. I consent to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy."

im getting consent from my online form and also verbal from phone calls, which still keeps getting rejected. This is extremely frustrating.

Is anyone else having any issues with this?

I’ve had intermittent “failed to send” text messages when replying to a text sent to me. Some numbers work fine. I’ve ported my number from Google voice 2 weeks ago. Is this a “common” problem after porting a number that usually goes away? It’s been difficult running a business with these issues.

Is anyone else experiencing issues where calls cannot be picked up or when calls are picked up, calls cannot be heard?

My staff in the Philippines started having issues about on 24th June and we tried to reset the router, it did not help. Then we changed browser, that didn't work. Then we logged out and logged in. Didn't work. We changed lan cables, didn't work. She even changed to an entirely different location, it didn't work.

We were able to have telegram and google meet calls just fine. This is so frustrating as we are losing customers by the hour it doesn't get fixed.

Does anyone know how to change the company name the AI receptionist uses in the greeting? Right now it says "Thank you for calling Company X, please leave a message..." How can I have her say "Thank you for calling Company Y..." instead?

Got 18 leads in a row, and none of them responded which was extremely strange,

So I decided to test it out and I didn’t even get my own message I sent myself. Outbound messages go out just fine,

We run a company that frequently uses group texts to communicate with clients (husband/wife/project manager/sales).

We have one group chat where the husband gets the texts, but the wife does not. In the same exact group thread. I confirmed this on her device. She used to get the messages, but has not received a message in that thread in quite some time.

What could be going on?
