If the flesh is weak and steel is superior, then how come the Techmarine has the lowest health of any class in the game?

The couple that deeply want kids but can’t have them

Carl and Ellie (UP) They start preparing for kids but then the movie shows that for whatever complications they probably cannot have kids, and they never do.

Klaus and Lydia (Klaus) Klaus says in the movie that when he and his wife built their home together, they wanted to fill the place with lots of kids. That’s why he kept making toys. He was waiting for the kids to come, and the kids never came. And that is a tragedy that still bothers Klaus for much of the movie.

Female character goes above and beyond for a man who does not care about her in the slightest

Misa and Light (Death Note) Misa gives Light essentially everything: loyalty, her abilities, enormous personal risk, and even halves her lifespan for the Shinigami Eyes. Light mostly regards her as a useful tool and repeatedly manipulates her devotion.

Luisa and Abraham Reyes (Red Dead Redemption) Luisa is completely devoted to Reyes and genuinely believes they are in love and will marry after the revolution. She fights for his cause, helps organize the rebels, risks her life repeatedly, and ultimately gets herself killed trying to save him from execution.

Reyes, on the other hand, barely values her as a person. He repeatedly forgets her name, and when John tells him that Luisa died, his reaction is basically, “Oh… okay.”

Harley Quinn and Joker (DC Comics) Older portrayals Harley throws away her career, freedom, safety, and identity for him. Joker may be possessive of her, but that is very different from genuinely caring about her; he routinely abuses, abandons, and attempts to kill her.

Characters that are legally allowed to do whatever they want

Eva Stratt (Project Hail Mary) The world’s governments effectively give Stratt extraordinary global authority and legal immunity to solve the Astrophage crisis. Andy Weir the author himself described her as having an amount of authority “probably no human being has ever had,” to the point that she can essentially tell countries what she needs and they comply. In the book and movie she breaks a lot of laws and her response is basically I don’t care and nobody can stop me.

Rogue Traders (40k) A Rogue Trader’s Warrant of Trade gives them rights ordinary Imperial citizens couldn’t even dream of. Depending on the particular Warrant, they can explore forbidden regions, negotiate and trade with xenos, maintain private armies and fleets, conquer worlds, establish colonies, claim territory for the Imperium, and wage war. They can get away with basically anything.

Which President was probably the best at being a parent?

From what I have read Theodore Roosevelt adored his six children and spent a lot of time playing, hiking, wrestling, reading, and adventuring with them. He could be demanding, though.
