I'm looking to buy new furniture for a bedroom. My husband and I are conflicted on whether to "match" all the furniture in the sense of it being the same wood/stain color or using some sort of combination. I am leaning on using a lighter wood stain for the bed + nightstand (e.g., brushed taupe), a greenish paint for the desk and grey for the dresser (example images attached). Options attached. Any feedback appreciated!
