Can't cope anymore on the verge plz help

I am 22 and and got diagnosed with buldge at 2 levels and herniaion at L5-S1 i used to jump high walls and play around at my age

Then I went to a third doc to get opinion and he tells me I have a grade 1 spondylolisthesis or pars defect and may need surgery and it shook me for the moment but I was rather calm the upcoming weeks

Now already I'm a bit tensed with everything then The worst thing happens I run over a speed breaker/bump couldn't see due to very heavy rain and get in a moderate impact collision the same day within few hours.

At this point I was already scared but that night I woke up in the middle of my sleep and just couldn't breath and that continues till now its' been 3 weeks now.

I raised to the doctor got an mri and xray they said everything looks the same but I know it isn't or atleast the pain wasn't the same and I was told to go on bed rest for 3 days bt some and by 2 weeks by some I choose 2 weeks but I shouldn't have.

During those 2 weeks we were switching places and I was continuously sneezing already suffering from pain it was my breaking point so I went to live alone and i regret it so much

I was just there alone researching about my pars which is grade 1 and just looking at other ppl stories and just hyper ventilating and crying and now it's gotten to the point I wake up mid sleep and the first thought in my mind is "why me"

I have trouble breathing,I have constant headaches and I am constantly just depressed I can remember the last time I smiled or laughed and I just contemplate ending it all and no one truly understands what I am going through

I was pretty happy before the accident and way playing games and enjoying n shi but idk what happend after the accident is isn't even that much different than before but the mental toll is just insanely immense

Pls help before i take the wrong steps

Jumping and spine injury??

Hi so I am 5'9 and 103 kg/227 lbs(obese category) and during my 3 years of college i jumped on multiple occasions from let's say a doors height or more sometimes, at that I didn't think much but during the end of college i started developing pain fast forward to now I have grade 1 spondylolisthesis and bilateral pars defect with disc buldge, protrusion(herniation) and annular tear

Is this the reason i developed all these injuries??

I have been very strained mentally crying myself to sleep knowing how I was so dumb at the time just doing random dum stuff that put me on bed

Confused about pain???

So i have bilateral pars defect with grade 1 spondylolisthesis and disc buldge, protrusion, annular tear and i ran over a speed bump by mistake and also met with a low to moderate impact accident now it's been 3 weeks I guess since this happend and the pain is in the middle back and sometimes upper I am confused as to why is it there and it wasn't there before I am 22 and scared due to this also have shooting scitita pain down the left leg any advice would be helpful also I I did an standing xray and mri but the doctor said it's normal so i don't understand the pain

Posting my mri below

& T2 followed by transaxial T1 and 12 at the I/V disk levels. Followed by coronal and sagittal STIR images.

SEQUENTIAL IMAGES REVEAL:

(Last fully formed disk is considered as L5-S1 for reporting purpose)

Straightening of lumbar lordotic curvature is seen. Minimal left convexity scoliosis of lumbar spine is also seen--?Positional.

Minimal grade I anterolisthesis of L5 over S1 vertebral body is seen.

Vertebral bodies are otherwise normal in height and alignment.

Posterior bony elements are unremarkable.

Early disk desiccation is seen at multiple levels.

There is mild annular disk bulge at L3-L4 & L4-L5 levels, minimally effacing the ventral thecal sac, but causing no significant nerve root compression

There is partial annular tear with mild broad based posterior central & bilateral paracentral (subarticular L>R) disk protrusion at L5-S1 level which along with minimal grade I anterolisthesis of L5 over S vertebral body, effaces ventral epidural fat planes and indents bilateral traversing (L>R) and exiting nerve roots.

21 and spine injection am lost

Hey y'all so am 21 and have grade 1 spondy, disc buldge, herniation/protrusion and annular tear and I have sharp pain in left leg occasionally and this tingling feeling in rectal area that there most of the time I have a lot of allergies and sneezed a lot and sometimes get dull pain in lower and middle back and and also got in a low impact accident so have some pain in pelvis region all in all I can move around and do work but there is pain present so my question is

1.at what point should I consider the injection since doctors is far away and I want to avoid going there before I am sure I need it

2.its benifits and side effects as I may be needing to take this long term

  1. How painful is the process really am a bit scared ngl

I know how to brace my back but am still scared

I only have 2 questions:

Loosing weight but preserving muscles

Hi y'all am 21(M) and got hit with pars defect with grade 1 spondylolisthesis and disc protrusion at L5-S1 level with buldges at two other level and annular tear

Apart from this I am obese and need to drop 33kgs or 72 pounds while preserving muscles as soon as possible but safely while also building lower body strength like glute, core, etc

Am open to recommendation and help 😁

I can walk and have access to a swimming pool (tho I can't swim rn) just got into a minor accident and flew over a speed breaker as well in the same day while driving car cause of rain and night so on rest for 3 days

Sneezing and allergy!! Need help 😭

Hey so a bit of history I have bilateral pars with grade 1 spondylolisthesis and disc buldge, protrusion, annular tear and some other things.

And ffs I am so tired because every time I sneeze I get into this mental shock that I just messed up coz I am scared that the disc material has come out more or made the tear bigger like i really need to know I sneeze around 3-15 times a day and have had dull pain in lower back but mainly middle to upper never felt sharp pain till now.

Is it possible for the injuries to worsen without significant pain increasing like disc material coming out more is that a thing I am scared scared

Also I do brace my core every time and when standing i look up but the problem is I sneeze mostly while laying in bed it's been 5-6 days since the sneezing should I visit the doctor again?

Sneezing 😐

Yea so I am quite confused with the sneezing part of this I have dog allergy and was sneezing 15 times a day most time I was able to take correct brace and everything tho today for the first time I was laying down and sneezed hard and felt a shockwave till the lower back/ spine I have pars defect with grade 1 anterolisthesis/spondylolisthesis and disc protrusion, buldge with ANNUALR TEAR i was able to walk fine later didn't feel sharp pain except muscle pain in upper and middle back so if something got worse off is pain the only indicator or there is any other way to tell if my disc material came out more or not i hope u get what I mean

Rather odd question(bike and gym)

Hey everyone first of all hoping everyone seeing this is doing well and is painfree

Hi so am 21 and we all know how life changes after all this I have bilateral pars defect(both side broken) and grade 1 anterolisthesis/ spondylolisthesis and life has changed for the worse now I am almost 1.5 months into recovery and I know life will need modification but being 21 I used to ride a alot around in my motorcycle/bike my question is to anyone who used to ride bike/motorcycle were u able to ever ride again after finding out about the pars defect and the slippage or do I have to give it up permanently and if u did ride again what adjustment did you make.?

Also secondary to this can I ever return to gym to better up my physique 3 docs have told me its there since birth apparently

I know it's a rather odd question but that was my freedom 😞

Thanks to everyone to answers 🖤🖤

Hopeless at 21

Hi everyone my doctor just told me I have grade 1 spondylolisthesis(bilateral pars defect) and already have disc buldge, annular tear, maybe a herniation as well all at 21 and I am just so damn devasted even my doctor told me I can only postpone surgery(spinal fusion)to an extent and will have to get it eventually please to anyone out there that had it at such a young age and manage to go without surgery or just tips, advice, your stories just anything at all its so sad just laying here I am scared about my career as well I feel like giving up in life completely

Brief Summary of Your MRI

Main problem: L5-S1 disc injury with a partial

annular tear and a mild broad-based disc protrusion, more toward the left. This is the primary source of your symptoms.

Nerves: The bulging disc is irritating (not severely compressing) the nearby nerve roots, especially on the left, which explains your sciatica (pain, tingling, burning, or tightness down the leg).

Vertebral slip: Grade 1 anterolisthesis (L5 over S1)-a mild forward slip that can increase stress on the disc but is often managed without surgery.

Disc health: Early disc desiccation (mild dehydration/degeneration) is present but does not mean your spine is permanently damaged or that surgery is inevitable.

Other findings: Small bulges at L3-L4 and L4-L5

without significant nerve compression, straightening of the normal lumbar curve (likely due to muscle spasm), and minimal positional scoliosis.

Urgent help needed in crisis mode

Ok so here is how it goes I have visited 5 doctors in total(mri in last) and all 4 docs checked with mri*

But the doc I visited the most recently suddenly told me to get an x-ray and then told I need a TLIF surgery I was straight shook cause he was the first to check x ray and tell me this until this all other doc's had told me this is very minor and will heal soon with no problem I am now in a state of crisis am only 21 need urgent help. The doc said I need the surgery at the red mark what do I do????

Mri summary**

Main findings:

Partial annular tear at L5–S1 (small tear in the outer disc layer).

Mild broad-based disc protrusion at L5–S1, more toward the left, causing mild nerve root irritation that matches your left-sided sciatica.

Grade 1 anterolisthesis (a mild forward slip of L5 over S1).

Early disc desiccation (early loss of disc hydration).

Minor bulges at L3–L4 and L4–L5 without significant nerve compression.

Straightening of the normal lumbar curve, likely due to muscle spasm.

Minimal, possibly positional scoliosis.
