There are bushings on the front axle that limit the amount of room the front wheel/tire can move left to right. I’m missing the bushing on the left hand side (side opposite of the brake rotor)
I want to cut one on the lathe at work, does anyone know the dimensions for length, diameters, etc for this bushing? Or if someone has a technical drawing I’d mega appreciate it!!
This 200x didn’t leak oil before, started it for 2 seconds on starting fluid, now it leaks out of what I assume is the rear engine mount. Anyone have any advice or suggestions??
I’ve got an 84’ 200m in decent condition, relatively low hours. It’s sat in my parents shed for approximately 17 years before I pulled it out, got it running, and noticed this issue.
Ran absolutely flawlessly after I cleaned the carb out and flushed old fuel out of the tank & lines. My only complaint is that it bogs at the low end when I jab the throttle (when trying to do wheelies or hole shots when drag racing) the only way to mitigate this is to either roll into the throttle, or make the trike move as slow as possible and then nail the throttle for a better response
the mixture needle on the bottom of the carb is set to the “factory setting” noted in the service manual.
The only new parts I’ve put into it are a UNI air filter. Other than that it’s as it was 17-20 years ago. Carb jets appear clean, spark plug is worn but otherwise okay. Any tips, tricks, advice, etc etc will be greatly appreciated!!!
(Note: I also have a 125m that I cleaned the carb and got running in the same manner and only replaced the air filter and it runs absolutely flawlessly without this bogging issue)
