B. arch at Reva University

My brother recently passed his 12th from the state board with a decent score of 78% and he is planning to pursue B. arch. Reva University is one of his choices. He gave the revarise exam and now they are asking for a fee of around 5lakhs including hostel and tuition fee. As it's a 5 years course it's a total investment of at least 27 lakhs. So is it worth spending it on this university for that course? And how is the learning in Reva University w.r.t. B. arch? Give me more details...

I am new to Chennai and I am staying 20kms from Central station. I have a train scheduled at 5:30 am from central tomorrow. If I take my two wheeler to the central station where can I park it for 2 days. I heard there is a paid parking facility near Central station but is it available that early in the morning? And once I come back I will reach by late night around 11:50pm so at that time will i be able to take the two wheeler back from the parking

area?
