People here were clowning on the other poster for expressing their distaste and it makes sense since reddit is mostly dudes.

But holy fuck this cover photo is so bad and completely unoriginal. Wow, a photo of a disjointed woman's butt and legs. Where's the whole person? Its reducing a woman to just pieces of her body.

I don't have any problem with the human body (I'm a nudist), but this just reeks of objectification and porn brainrot.

Setting aside that, it's just come clearly unoriginal to have yet another woman and her body featured on a cover art. I know the photographer is a woman, but women can still be perpetrators.

We've been using Qiagen DNA extraction kits,

(Spin column), but we haven't been able to get more than like 2ng/ul. We need at least 12ng/ul. I've tried different variables (increased heat incubation, increased time, using half of the blood spot) and nothing!

My boss is on my ass for this, so anyone have any tips? Lmao.

I tried using easy panel ai, but they don't have an option for the attune from thermofisher. Anyone know of a good, reputable panel ai to optimize a 14 color panel?
