Some 1957 slides

These are a few 1957/1958 slides I recently scanned. The first slide is from a dorm X-mas party.

Labeled 1959.... Plus a letter

I picked up these slides in a yard sale and one of the slide boxes included the letter in the last image. Wish I had all of the slides.

Vintage Street Photography

Found these in a batch of slides I am preparing to sell. I really like the vibe from these 1960 street views.

Identification tools

Sorry if this is the wrong group for my question. I am a collector of snuff bottles, which are made out of a lot of different materials like glass, porcelain, minerals (such as quartz crystal, jade, and gemstones) and I am trying to find a device or tool to help me identify what material is used for a specific bottle. It's often pretty much impossible to tell by looking and it would be great if something exists to help me figure out what the items are made from. I pictured is just a basic example for those who have no idea what I am talking about.

Trichrome Sunflowers

I shot a roll of Dracula with filters in the sunflower fields and I think this was my most successful trichrome edit to date. I was working with an IR and a Red filter and I honestly lost track of which edits are using a standard Red filter and which used the IR.

Both images shot on the Nikon F2 in the same location on a windy day, which caused some wild color shifts with the Trichrome attempt. Both shot using the R72 filter and Dracula 35mm film
