Are any of you longsleepers?

I probably need something like 8.5-10 hours of sleep per day, which is way more than the average. I think AI said it's something like the 98-99th percentile for a male my age (30s). Apparently longer sleep times are due in part to HSP personality type: it requires a longer recovery due to heavier processing when awake.
