He's the official mascot of PWFT, the Pro Wrestling Federation Tracker. I have this app that users use to track their fantasy bookings, e-feds, universe mode, caws, etc. Our subreddit is r/PWFT

I've written several drafts of this post over the past few days - I have so much to tell you all, and I get so passionate about this work, so I'll try to stay as organized as possible. Concise? No way.

Back in November of 2025, u/TouShiesty (Tyler) and I officially launched PWFT in beta with one goal - to build the Ultimate Universe Mode Tracker. But as I've teased time and time again, we have wild plans - a very ambitious vision for uses of this app beyond just tracking Universe Mode. Most of you already are doing this, using PWFT to track:

• E-feds
• Fig Feds
• IRL Wrestling
• CAW Tracking
• General Fantasy Booking
• And Much More

Tyler and I work full time in Corporate America during the day. For over a year now, we have worked on PWFT almost every single night after work, and every weekend. We've both become obsessed with it. You playing the game, giving feedback, pointing out bugs, subscribing - it just continues to energize us.

From our launch last November through today:

• 20k People Have Used PWFT
• 144 Countries Are Represented
• In the last 90 days, users spent nearly 45 mins per session using PWFT

With our teams update completed, I'm here today to announce we have finally achieved a Version 1 of PWFT - officially taking us out of Beta.

Does PWFT in v1 mean we're done building? No Way Jose. Not even close.

More on the roadmap below (and thank you for your patience with us - if you've requested a feature and I've told it's on our roadmap - it is). Internally, our roadmap is in Phases. With v1 live, we have wrapped Phase 1. Phase 2 is officially underway.

The First PWFTxCREATOR, u/Tangotacular, Graphic Artist.

Our first official announcement of Phase 2 is that we've procured the services of the wildly talented u/Tangotacular who has created some incredible new renders for us (see images of PWFT Man and PWFT Woman on this post; PWFT Genderless coming soon). You'll see these characters show up in PWFT in the coming days as the new default images. See more of Mr. Tango's incredible work here.

He also created new badges for us. As we continue to flush out your profiles, make sure you Toggle an Active Badge that you've earned to your account. To find it, head over to your profile, and hit the Achievements tab. The badge you select will appear next to your profile on Friends' lists, when you upload content to the Community Hub, and next to your name on the PWFT Leaderboards. We're putting out a blog in the next couple of days explaining more on how our Daily Quest and the Achievement System works.

In the coming days, if you've subscribed to us before (even if you've cancelled), you're going to find up to 2 NEW special badges added to your collection that were hand drawn by u/TangoTacular.

The first is a Founder's Access Badge (pictured in the images above), and the second is a Special Badge for our first 100 subscribers that we promised when we launched.

Clicking these badges will bring you to Mr. Tango's portfolio.

This is a look into the future of PWFT. Phase 2, amongst other things, lays that foundation.

If you're interested in drawing badges for us, please shoot me a message - we want to give as many artists their shine as possible. We're going to be building new ways in PWFT to share what you're creating, well beyond badges. Think Logos for your Universe's promotions, brands, factions, wrestlers, etc.

I know I don't have to say it again, but we love this very much. We both have careers outside of PWFT that we're incredibly proud of, and we build PWFT in our free time because we genuinely love doing it. Our dream is to build PWFT into something that can support us doing this full time one day - but we we know we have to earn it.

That's part of why we're eventually going to introduce additional subscription tiers. But I want to be really clear about what that means. We're not taking things you already have and putting them behind a new paywall. And we're not getting rid of or changing the price of Founder's Access. If you're a Founding Member, we want to keep you for life.

We're building new tools to earn your dollar. And if you feel like we haven't earned your dollar, then our tools arent good enough. Simple as that.

The good news is I'm literally a wrestling fan just building cool tools that I've always wanted in my wrestling games but never had, so I'm pretty confident you're going to like what we're building!

This past couple of weeks after putting the draft live we took a step back to improve our onboarding by revamping our home page for signed out users. The goal here is to make it easier for users to get started with PWFT.

As part of new home page, I put out a timeline for every update that we have put out thus far. To find it, log out on the home page and scroll down. I'll be building this into a seperate roadmap page altogether, but wanted to point it out for now in case anyone is interested. We have been truly obsessed with building this app and work on it every single day after we're done at our full time jobs.

There's so much that goes into this next update as we approach a true V1 version of PWFT (remember, we've been in beta since November). Here's what we built and fixed:

New Features

Special Prizes

So many of you have asked for a way to track Money In The Bank other than listing it as another title, so we built Special Prizes to take it to the next level.

Head over to the Titles page, and toggle to Special Prizes - there you will be able to create your special prize, such a Money In The Bank, Feast of Fired (TNA), Dynamite Diamond Ring (AEW), or whatever else you want in your universe.

You're able to select what kind of rewards should be given for this prize whether it be cashing in, getting a future scheduled title shot, being fired from a promotion, being forced to transfer brands, or maybe even nothing happening at all (for the demons out there).

You can make matches for special prizes, control cash ins & other special prize features, and track everything seamlessly. You can even create a series of prizes to track how the prizes evolve year over year.

Match Events

u/HUGEBORGCUBE left a request to give users a way to attach segments to matches. An attack during an entrance, a post match exchange, even a mid match interference might not be best classified as Segments for some users, so I think Match Events will bring their booking even more to life.

Now users will see a little lightning button on desktop/tablet in between the pencil (Edit Match) and Trophy (Set result) icons, and Add Match Event on Mobile.

We wanted to give you max customization here adding when events happen relative to the match. Like all features in PWFT, you're able to tag wrestlers to seamlessly be tracked across the app. All Match events will be tracked just as any match or segment is.

??? Wrestlers

Mystery wrestler/opponent reveals are part of pro wrestling, and needed a proper place in PWFT! This will add a layer of unpredictability to booking yout federation. I don't think we have ever had a way to have any control over a mystery wrestler as far as I know. This new feature gives the user the freedom to take this experience to the next level, allowing them to:

- Manually pick the suprise wrestler

- Have PWFT pick the wrestler, but tell you who it is

- Have PWFT pick the wrestler, but NOT tell you who it is

Whenever PWFT selects a wrestler, you have the option to give specific criteria for that randomized wrestler. For example, a random wrestler from Raw, etc.

This adds a whole new layer of suprise and fun while booking! Next build for this is adding it to the Timed Entry Rumble.

Quests, Badges, Achievements, and Leaderboards

We've added Daily Quests to the Tool button on the bottom right of the page.

Complete daily quests as you book to earn badges and XP to unlock achievements, prestige, and rise in the official PWFT leaderboards! Find the leaderboards when you click your user menu when you click your dropdown on the top right.

Those that subscribed to Founder Access will get their very own Founder Badge added to their profile!

Other additions:

Bulk Roster Delete - Just as we have the bulk edit option on the roster page we thought it was time we add in a bulk delete feature as well. Seamlessly delete more than one wrestler at once!

Overall tracking - Just we just as we added the ability to track your height weight and build from we now have the ability to trap overall. Find it where you edit your wrestlers.

Tips - As part of improving onboarding, we've introduced tips on every page. To disable them just go to your display settings in your profile.

I wanted to give an update here on PWFT, the Pro Wrestling Federation Tracker, for those that have been following our project and for some who’ve never heard of us.

We've been live for six months, but it's something I've been building this tracker for over a year. Thank you to everyone who has used the app, given feedback and helped to spread the word!

Some of Our New Features

The Draft

A few days ago, we rolled out our biggest feature yet. The Draft is the first of it's kind in the wrestling game space, allowing you choose what type of draft you want play - Retro Draft (2008 - 2011 Draft, Cycle Animation Format), Standard Draft(Modern Day Format), and Quick Draft. Find it added on the nav bar!

Bulk Image Uploader

We've heard about users wanting a quick way to upload images of their wrestlers, titles, brands, promotions, etc., so we created the bulk image uploader to make it easy! Add a folder of all your images, and youll quickly be able to pair! The system will even auto match images up based on your file names. Click our profile on the top right to find it!

Go Back In Time

One of most requested features gives users the ability to go back in time to change previous bookings if you accidentally simulated, advanced, etc. before you meant to. You can find this on the calendar page under the Advance To Next Show button!

Total User Update

In just six months, PWFT has over 16,000 users from 138 countries! We've built a community of nearly 500 people on r/PWFT, and over 100 users have subscribed for Founder's Access to support our growth, get access to images, and so much more.

Quick note before getting into it:

I've been building PWFT for over a year and a half now. Since I started, I had a grand vision for what the draft could be like. I've been building this for months, and it was really important to me to get this out today.

Today is my 28th birthday. I can't think of a better way to spend it than giving this community something they can hopefully enjoy and have fun a lot of fun with.

I think PWFT is delivering on another first for the wrestling industry here - I don't think any draft has ever been built like this before. Besides the seamlessly interconnecting to your calendar, we build 3 versions of the draft so you have total freedom to experience in a way that is most fun for you - Quick, Standard, and Retro.

This is the draft I always wanted in my wrestling games. I hope you like it.

THE DRAFT

Here's how it works:

1. Go to the Draft Tab to create your first draft
2. Select which draft format you'd like to use: Quick, Standard, or Retro.
3. Choose which brands will be involved in the draft pool. Drafts support up to 6 brands. Cross promotional drafts are allowed.
4. Specify what wrestlers you'd like included
5. If Standard Draft - select how many rounds you'd like and how many picks per round there should be
6. Select a date on the calendar to link your draft to.
7. Start your draft!

A bit about the modes:

Retro Draft

Inspired by my favorite version of the draft. Matches being made with wrestlers from opposing elligible brands will populate a Draft Match option when creating the match. Once enabled, you can select how many picks this match would be worth.

If Brand A wins, they make X picks from Brand B.

Once the match is resolved, you'll see a pick pending on the top of your match card - clicking it will bring you to your draft where the magic happens.

We built an animation to simulate cycling through the wrestlers. When you hit stop, the wrestler and their new brand will populate.

Tags, multi wrestler matches, even battle royals and rumbles are supported. For example, if there is a triple threat match or a rumble, the winning wrestler's brand will select from a pool of the losing brands.

Standard Draft

This is today's version of the draft, with picks happening throughout the show, manually selected one at a time. It's the closest version to what you'll find in 2k (but improved). Here's how it works in PWFT:

In the setup stage, you'll select how many rounds you want in your draft and how many picks per round there should be.

With your draft set, head over to the linked show. When you add to card, you'll see a new option - add draft segment. This will create a segment that will be your key for starting the selection process.

On the draft page, select your desired wrestler per brand for each round as appropriate.

Quick Draft

Don't feel like working through the calendar and want to bang out a quick draft? With minimal set up, you can jump right into a draft! This format is for manual selection. You can keep drafting until the pool is depleted, or hit complete draft at any time.

The Draft is completely FREE for all PWFT users. If you have Founder’s Access, the experience becomes significantly more immersive as I tried to make this feel as premium as possible.

If you haven’t subscribed yet, Founder’s Access is the best way to support PWFT and directly fund future development for awesome features like the draft. It's also how you'll get images in the draft to get the absolute most out of your gameplay experience!

MORE FIXES

Conclude Rivalries Bug Fix

- Last update, we added the ability to conclude rivalries, but got reports that once they hit a certainn lenght, they wouldn't conclude. This has been fixed! Your rivalries should now conclude without issue. Thanks to those who called this out - u/FrancisPbc123, u/FoxAnnual2217

User Profile & Friends List

As we look to make PWFT more social, we want to ensure users are able to connect with their friends to see what they are booking - the next step in a true multiplayer mode. We've also upgraded your profile - now you can have a bio and even tag your socials! Connect with friends, and view thier universe now on PWFT!

Track Height, Weight, Billed From

u/BullFigures put up a post talking about the template they use for their wrestler notes, and we realized we needed to add more here. Further, if you populate this info, your draft experience will be even more immersive! Edit a wrestler to change thier info!

Optimized Calendar UI for Tablets

We want PWFT to be seamlessly accessible from any device, and know a big chunk of our users have tablets. Our calendar was wonky on this device, but is now cleaned up and should feel much smoother.

Timed Entry Rumble UI Revamp

We've upgraded the Rumble Control Room to be even more immersive, expandinf the size of the modal, giving it a more sleak look, and incorporating images if you have Founders Access.

Wrestler Inactivity Tracker

We've gotten several requests over the last few months for a way to track inactive status, with our most recent request coming from nikkijp91 on the PWFT Discord. Now after 2 weeks, inactivity time will populate under the wrestler name on the roster page. You can even sort by inactivity now!

Brough Back Editing Notes Retroactively

When we added the ability to go back in time and change your booking date, we got rid of the ability to retroactivley edit notes. We realized you shouldnt have to go back in time to change the booking notes text, so we've brought this back. Shoutout to Brenman on the PWFT Discord who asked for this.

PRS Team Calculation Bug Fix

Stormie on the PWFT Discord called out how tag teams PRS scores were being calculated incorrectly between the wrestler sheet and the actual rankings page. This was isolated to teams and was because of an issue in factoring in strenght of schedule that would impact rankings and divisions. This has been fixed!
