I beat a lvl 5 Charcha with my Spino. The crazy part, it didn't even have anything beyond primitive saddle and didn't even have full health.

So, in the previous post I was asking for good base Locations on both SE and Ragnarok, but I think you guys didn't notice the first part.

Anyways, what are some good base locations on Scorched Earth?

What are some good locations for a base on Scorched Earth and Ragnarok? Just started there.

So, Gigas/Charchas do attack wild Titanosaurs, but not the wild ones, right? What about other apex predators like rexes, allos (is the megalosaurus one of them)?

Noticed the Giga just in time; would've run straight onto it otherwise.

1. What are the worst to best maps (including the Island for reference) to purchase?

2. What's the best time to purchase them, considering limited time offers?

1. Why did the sky randomly turn dusky? Day-Night Cycle is turned off, so it's likely not dusk.

2. And, why am I overheating?

I was exploring near the mountains and then briefly saw a Giga running around. Obviously I didn't pick up a fight and headed for another area. Then I noticed that I was hearing some really loud footsteps. I was almost about to run when I realised the baby rex that had hatched a few minutes ago was still following me and hence the footsteps.

1. Where is the number of stacks earned displayed?

2. How do I get Charchas that can take on wild Gigas? Do I need to imprint them or what part makes them so powerful?

I tamed a Giga for the first time in my life, I messed up the first attempt, but the second time it was quite straight forward.

I have tried like seven times to tame the Charcha and something keeps going wrong. Either it doesn't sniff and straight up devours the kill or something else does. (Yeah, I couldn't even trigger the friendly mode.)

1. So, as I mentioned in the previous post, I see a lvl 65 Charcha. There's a lvl 45 rex strolling by, would that be enough to trigger the friendly mode? Also, there are a lvl 120 spino, some brontos and some stegos, would that be enough to tame it?

2. How many Gigas or Charchas spawn on the Island at a time?

So, there's this lvl 15 male Giga and there's that lvl 65 female Charcha. I have no thylacoleo and taming them isn't exactly easy, especially when there are two of them standing together. What do I do?

1. I saw a Charcha "strolling" by. I left the place and exited to the main menu, and when I came back I couldn't see it, did it despawn?

2. How do I know how many stacks a wild Charcha has?

I went to the ocean with scuba gear for the first time and tamed a meg with my bary.

I thought I would use a trap but just spamming crossbow shots were enough. I'm so proud of myself.

How many ACs do I need for Argy and Scorpion eggs? Apparently, one is still too hot and the snow biome is too cold.

I tried dragging the fish to the otter, while having raw fish meat in my last slot

It managed to have 40% taming, somehow, and now it's dropping, and I can't feed it, am I doing something wrong?

I opened the game and it tells me to download some additional data, and I'm back to the Dodo game, is my progress safe? I had uploaded my progress on the upload slot.

Edit: looks like my progress is safe, I downloaded the files and everything's the same as before.

I tried to find high level rexes, but the only one I found died. So, if I put like 30 more points in health and melee, would it be enough to take on the alpha Megapithecus and the alpha Broodmother with 18 of them? Of course the yuty and the daeodon will be there.

What does the seed system refer to?
