I just had my second shitty experience with ToyotaPartsDeal.com
1st time I ordered from them they sent me the wrong parts, not even close. It took weeks to complete the RMA process and get it sorted out but I did eventually get the correct parts.
2nd time (I should have learned the 1st time) I ordered a new LH front axle, drive flange and gaskets. The box arrives still sealed but very poorly packed. Everything was in the box but the $72.09 drive flange. (no packing list) I take pictures of everything and then begin the RMA process. I explain the flange was not in the box and send them all the pictures they requested, I get a reply saying they sent all the parts and I was basically out of luck.
These guys are terrible! I had to reach out to the credit card company who gave me a refund as ToyotaPartsDeal.com are known for this. I would urge everyone to not use them, their prices are not that good and the customer does not come first. I will never use them again.
