I've contacted the provider many times about this issue while gaming and normal browsing the connection disconnects all the time then i searched a app to find out the issue because while playing game ( standoff 2) my ping spikes from 45 to 200 then stable again and then again 150-200 so after downloading app (ping monitor) i noticed my ping spikes after every 5 seconds and while blutooth is on spikes after every 3 seconds while checking with phones with same Wi-Fi connection it's not spiking to much only around 5 to 50 so please if anyone knows what is the problem if my device is defective or the connection is broken I'll attach SS thanks.
