Hey y’all,

Hey All,
I’m a girly I’m my late twenties(F27), and I really don’t wear makeup a whole lot since like 2019/ back in college. Also, I was I in college during the “2016” makeup style fad, and know that it won’t work for my slightly mature and dry skin anymore. Since I don’t really wear makeup like I used, I’ve focused heavily on skin care by having a rock solid routine, with strict facial services every 4-6 weeks depending on my schedule. This has of course helped me to get the glass skin effect, which I typically pair with mascara, brow gel, and light bronzer.
However, I’d love to get back into makeup slowly rebuilding my makeup collection and skills back up, but I don’t where to start really. I’m looking to achieve a soft glam or natural look with my makeup. My problem is that due to my dry skin I always felt that my foundation was constantly looking cakey no matter how much skin prep I did. Therefore, I kinda just gave up on makeup to focus on having glass skin and being fine without makeup. Essentially, I’m missing makeup lately and would really appreciate everyone’s help with where to start. I still have all my old brushes and beauty blenders , but would love product and application recommendations. Please let me know if this is the wrong place to ask my question, thanks again for everyone’s help!
