‘85 2m4 no crank no start
The car was running fine before and after sitting for about a week it won’t start. It didn’t want to start before it dies whenever it was hot, so I figured the starter was bad and a replaced it. All of the accessories work when I turn the key, I hear the fuel pump, but I don’t hear anything once I try to start the car. Battery has 12.5V and the wire to the starter from the battery also has 12.5V. The other wire with a pink and (orange?) wire has 0V both when the key is in the lock and start positions. I’m not good with electrical so any help would be amazing.

Looking at an 86’
This is an 86’ with the 4+3 manual. It has 29k miles. The tires seem to be dry rotting and the seller notes that there is a small oil leak. He also notes that once it gets up to temp, it shows low coolant. It comes with manuals, targa tool, and a car cover. The guy wants 9k for it. I haven’t been able to check it out in person yet, but I just wanted to get some advice on things to keep an eye out for. Thank you
