Looking for advice for a stalled / slow JMF AIO bag.

Introduced JMF LC to a 5 lbs AIO bag 8 weeks ago. Did a break and shake 4 weeks ago. Seemed to colonize slowly, but appeared healthy. Finally about 8 days ago I saw the first mushroom start to grow, but did not see any other pins. The mushroom grew slowly over the last 8 days, but is only about ~3”. Never saw a veil, but the cap started to open in the last day or so. Over those 8 days only 3 other small mushrooms started to grow with very little progress. Moisture appeared fairly high, and with slow / little growth, I finally decided to cut the top and fan for 60 sec. No bad smells. The whole time it has been ~70-74 F. Any advice on how to fix revive this bag. I guess my main questions are:

1.) Should I increase FAE by adding slits covered with micro-tape?
2.) Should I harvest the 3” mushroom now?
3.) Any other recommendations to revive this bag and increase pinning?

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!

Strain: JMF
LC: 7 weeks ago
B&S: 3 weeks ago
Temp: ~74 F

Block appears healthy to my limited knowledge (at least no obvious signs of contamination). All areas of the bag appear to have some mycelium colonization (not the densest / hard to see in the pictures), block is firm, no pooling, small moisture beading on surface mycelium. My question is, do I continue to let it colonize until block is densely white? I don’t mind being patient and waiting it out. I was planning on potentially cutting 2-3” slits and covering with micro tape “when fully colonized,” but I’m struggling to know when that is? I know others just leave as is until harvest. Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance. This community has been so helpful.
