Why is my USDC on hold for 2 years…

I literally bought this with a debit card. I should have access to the funds immediately. It says I have a 2 year hold on a $10 USDC PURCHASE HAHAHA. My account balance is in the thousands and you’re holding $10 of usdc? 🤣 also, i pay for Kraken+. This is a joke. Explain yourselves.
