Psychiatry in Japan

Treatment-resistant mental condition, only stable on a specific set of meds, trying to change or find alternatives is life threatening. I'm looking to get into a language school and Senmon Gakko afterwards. How would I go about 1. Getting my meds prescribed as soon as possible, so that I don't die; 2. Importing a specific drug only available in Russia? As for the ones that are available in Japan, they are mixed in such a combo that is dangerous in by itself, but it's the only thing keeping me sane and alive. Would a psychiatrist accept my polypragmacy and risky combination if I have the papers from my current psychiatrist, saying something like "if change - he die"? As I stated before, I can't change the drugs at all. As for the unavailable drug (triftazine), is a getting Yunyu Kakunin-sho and a prescription every time a parcel is sent enough for this? I'll possibly need the meds for another 5 years.
