Break ins, chiller, freezer alarms out of hours. How is the call list at your store?
I'm recently promoted DSM and in the last few weeks they have called me and I found out they put my name first as I live the closest.
Fair enough, but I did not consent, nor do I want to be the one expected to handle these call outs. No one even told me before I asked how this works.
I make 30k a year while my manager makes 100k, with that in mind, I expect him to answer the phone at 2 am.
I don't even know how I'm supposed to be compensated for being on call?
What happens if I just never answer the calls?
