I'm based in Guadalajara, and I wanted to open up a space to help out anyone with questions about travel health, whether it's pre-trip preparation, staying healthy on the road, or post-travel symptoms (hello, traveler's diarrhea or strange bug bites!).

Travel medicine can be confusing—figuring out which vaccines you actually need, malaria prophylaxis, altitude sickness, or food safety can be overwhelming.

(Just a quick note for context: I do run private consultations both online and in-person here in GDL, and I have vaccines available if anyone needs them, but my main goal here is just to share info and help people stay safe on their trips!)
