I am at the peak of my career and have never been more financially comfortable. I no longer have many insecurities and realize now that no one was ever watching me that closely.
On the other hand I am the old guy at the office. Young people look right through unless they answer to me. I can’t lift as much. Everything seems physically harder. I am past the halfway mark of my life expectancy. My day to day is a constant existential contemplation.
What a mix.
