I'm looking for a first bike and want something like the Rebel 1100t. I love the cruiser/touring mix and the naked look but figured the 1100 would be too much power for a first timer. I've looked into getting a 500 and adding saddle bags and a wind deflector but was wondering if there was something else that meets what I want without needing mods. I care about reliability and durability (realistically I'm probably gonna drop it a few times early on). I don't want to go too expensive cause it is my first bike. Any recommendations?
