Yesterday I had a problem enabling hd video on my visible account. Ended up getting that sorted out with help from support. It’s now enabled on my account but I still can’t stream video over 720p it stutters and buffers a lot. I did a fast.com test and my speeds won’t go over 2 mbps. Is this normal speeds?

I’m having trouble enabling HD video on my account. I contacted support earlier today to have my network reprovisioned and they said the problem was resolved. It was stuck on enabling when I contacted them. I’m still stuck at only streaming content in 720p. Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it?
