How to plan a new city / region ?
I've been playing Simcity 4 for a few years and l always come acrros posts from cities with INCREDIBLE design ( both here on Reddit and Simtropolis )
l have some questions:
- How do you pplan a new city and a new region ?
- Do you follow any logic in relation to the type of layout and type of roads ?
- Is there any model tha can mix the logical with the creative ?
