I uploaded Simcity3000 to my personal website, the game is running in browser based on Windows 98 and Github v86 project.
Currently save/load state button can be used to save & load game.
As you can see, the map is a 524 km wide octogonal. Worked extensively on 45*/90* grid.

Finally finished some crazy complicated connections and interchanges that were driving me nuts :). I don’t usually have this much highway going on in my cities, but I’ve been having fun experimenting with the RHW and new transit stations I haven’t used before. I know my HSR is glitching in a few places… I’m waiting until the next NAM comes out and that will hopefully fix some of that.
Just that. I'm looking for the files to fix the Seaports in the game. Thanks in advance!
And if it is doable with regular FTL tools, how do you build it?
I've been struggling to contain air pollution emanating from my monorails (most likely as calculated by traffic density on the monorails). Clean Air Act is of limited efficacy. I've read (and seen on many, dozens of videos spanning a decade) that NAM's "Traffic Simulator Configuration Tool" allowed you to control mass transit pollution (or the efficacy of the Clean Air Act) directly, but NAM's team inexplicably removed this tool some updates ago (Source). I have also seen reference to numerous Air Purification Mods that all link back to Simtopia, which (as you likely know) is down due to ISP conflict and they are attempting to rebuild the site.
Building copious amounts of trees has not satisfactorily addressed the pollution, no matter how dense (I have attempted Mayor and God tools to no avail).
Any suggestions for eradicating air pollution caused by monorails? I've been trying for weeks, so I'm game for anything, up to and including editing files.

I got this game because I wanted to make custom neighborhoods for Sims 2 and even get into running my own cities but all my bridges have this weird incline when I just want them to be a flat straight bridge.
I'm working a runtime extender/API for advanced game mod creation. Image attached is the first step on what will without a doubt be a long and tedious journey, taken during the introduction cinematic before the main menu.
I sure would like to speak with this mystical figure that has created all this content for sim city that's all over the place instead of in one neat package that I could download and be done with. LOL these red blue green squares on my lots make my teeth itch
I have only one city in the region. High $R, $CS, $$CS, manufacturing, and High tech demand. Population stalled at 100k residents. Do I make a neighbor city to boost $$R class demand? What do I put in the second city??
Goal: boost middle and wealthy demand to grow city to 300k+.
