Just thought I'd share how the new 3D mod makes the scale of the huge skyscrapers much more apparent compared to other buildings, they are absolutely massive, in normal view the scale of it does not really come across as well, I attached a normal view image as well, but what do you think?

What keeps you playing?

TLDR, Why do you play the game and how long have you played? An already 23 year old *vintage classic game*.

For me personally, I played every SimCity and then my favorite of course became SimCity 4 because of the region feature, I made a few regions myself available on Simtropolis. Also sidenote, very honoured that I was asked if I wanted my 3 regions to be featured on the Future STEX Collection, Thank you.

Anyways I love the region feature, playing on a massive map, creating your own megacities or rural farms, and tile by tile expanding it! It just never ends, I got plenty of region to fill up, highways to plan and cities to create! I don't know Cities Skylines did not tick for me and SC3000K, you only finish 1 tilez still a great game. So SimCity 4 it is, the graphics are still immaculate to this day and I mostly keep to vanilla otherwise I will never finish my region/s. I have played for around 7 years now, I used to play more often but now on and off because I am quite busy most of the time. But when I have the time I still expand my region and share with you guys!

Would love to hear your stories!

Simcity 4 from 2003, my biggest project 9 large tiles stitched together in Ps. Raw png is 531 MB (this is 20mb), result is a 12x12km Composite image 12K x 8K pixel image, over 1.1 million sims in Greater Forlandas Metro area, a huge sprawling mid west inspired kind of city, be sure to zoom into it!

This version here is a heavily compressed version of the original raw file. Any questions, I will answer in the comments!

Preview, I really like making RHW interchanges on rough terrain, a fun little challenge, let me know any better ways if you know making them or are they good enough!

My little Bananaland region and 1 mil. Sims in this little corner of my region, do you think this is a realistic depiction of a metropolis urban sprawl here, if it's too big or too small, I have attached other images of the road layout as well, looking for suggestion or do you have ideas or critique

Of course it is not complete yet, going to fill it up slowly but steadily.
