Hello, i am a man 26 years old.

The last 2 years i have been having trouble with premature ejaculation.

Been to the doctor and they said i need to do kegels..

Its the only thing they want me to do for help.

I have been doing them but honestly it does not work.

My main problem is when i need to do the work in the bedroom i cum in 6-7 pumps.. i can hold it longer if my wife is on top 5-10 minutes or maybe even longer

While receiving head or handjob i can hold for hours…

Any suggestions of you guys with the same problem and what i could do?
