Connolly Luas Stop

This may be of interest to some people but it seems Connolly Luas stop has been cleaned up a fair bit. There seems to be private security/ stewards there nearly 24/7 to deter Anti-Social Behaviour. They've also blocked off alot of the hidden crevices. Used to always see alot of open drug use there but I haven't seen it in a while.

Quick update about Barróg.

I'm not sure if any of yous remember. But around this time last year I found a small kitten in Kilbarrack Station in North Dublin, I brought him home and we appropriately named him Barróg. One year later and he's loving life, though still very nervous. Thought some people might be interested :)

Discussing teenage violence in Dublin City Centre

Absolutely disgusting video doing the rounds online of an incident that happened in town yesterday. Unsure of what street this is (maybe someone can help identify it) obviously not known what happened before the video was recorded. But in the video it shows a gang of about five youths intimidating a lone male. Another man in a red jacket approaches the man being intimidated and says "if you touch any of them I will kill you" the man tries backing off and is subsequently knocked unconscious by the boy in black. On knocking the man out one of the youths robs the man's phone from his hand. And another man comes to his aid. The man hit the ground pretty hard and I'd assume to youth had some sort of knuckle dusters on due to the sound his fist made as it hit the man's jaw. How long more are we going to take of such incidents before something is done. People are blaming the man for harassing the kids beforehand and turning it into an anti-foreigner rhetoric as he had an accent. But I think we all know what went on here.

Wood Lane, Just off Benburb Street.

Has anyone else noticed that Wood Lane. Just off Benburb Street next to the EasyHotel always constantly seems to be absolutely filthy. There's always ripped rubbish bags with litter strewn all over the Lane. Photo from today and it's very tame, but have seen times on the Luas where it's been absolutely disgusting. Often hear tourists comment about it while on the Luas.

Mindless vandalism.

Beautiful community made nature / noticeboard in Seagrange Park, Baldoyle has had one of it's glass panels smashed by what I assume to be a rock. Why people do this sort of thing is beyond me.

A very gloomy atmospheric few photos of a unusually spotless Talbot Street.
