Looking at getting an optic for my 11.5 thats good under nv. I'm aware of exps 3 but know that has its own issues as well. I know the uh1 gen 2 is also frowned upon for its light transmission performance. Traditional reflex dots give some amount of astigmatism, but not usable either. Open to other suggestions if anyone has others to offer
So graduated trade school for IT earlier this year. My current job has nothing to do with IT, so I'm trying to get my foot into that door. Applied to a few places, had a few interviews, and got turned down for different candidates.
Most places that are generally hiring nearby either pay exceptionally worse than my current job, require serious relocation across part of my state to make it feasible, or require extensive experience/background.
Part of me feels like I'm being too picky when it comes to a job in IT and should just suck it up and take the pay cut for experience or being willing to relocate for what amounts to a $3 dollar difference from my current job.
I know "the job market is cooked" but I largely feel more like this is a me problem.
