Hey all, new to gold purchase. is it better to buy a mens ring of upto 5g at 0va instead of buying 5g coin in blinkdeal?

My logic is coin for investment will still have some va . Ring at 0va, i can also wear sometimes for occasions.
Mens ring anyway doesn’t have a lot of designs so i am okay with bhimas 0va rings.

If anybody thinks coin is still better with minimal va, please help me understand. Thanks.

I’m seeing a lot of houses and sites near hosabettu in ads recently. How is this location to stay? They seem pretty close to NH like 600m so that’s a pro. I actually visited one of them and it looked decent. Any potential problems i should watch out for? Also what could be the land cost ? Im guessing around 8L/cents considering nh proximity.
