Help coping with the shame of overconsumption
I am a big makeup enthusiast and have a ton of makeup but I find myself buying more makeup anytime something interests me. I know that I don’t need it and I feel guilty buying more when I have enough to last a lifetime. And I used to wear make up every day and have fun doing it. I haven’t declutterred in a year so I should soon any tips on how to make make up fun again? I I’m realizing that I usually buy make up just for the dopamine of getting the package and opening it.
