Hi everyone,

I have received my onboarding date at Capgemini. Also, I have finished my training in college.

What usually happens next?

Will freshers be assigned directly to a project, placed on the bench, or undergo any additional training?

Is it possible for the work location to change after onboarding or joining based on business requirements?

I'd appreciate it if recent joiners could share their experience. Thanks!
