After installing update computer locks up after running for 5 mins forcing a power button shut down only for it to repeat itself after restarting!

The main little gear that makes everything go is stiff to stuck in the head of hedge Trimmer attachment?
Sometimes it will spin freely using your fingers to pretty damn stuck. Any thoughts on fixing the issue it’s greased up so that can’t be the issue. This happened after less than a single use!
