What should I do?
I was born in a Buddhist family and my twin daughters are also Buddhists.
Recently,they were discussing with me the possibility of taking the tonsure and moving to a Buddhist country in the future after coming of age and I will like to ask for your opinions if they decide to move in that directions and what I can do for them.

Question about tank recycling
I kept a tank for 10 years with a unit of Eheim Ecco Pro 300 but it cracked and leaked 2 years ago and the Ecco Pro 300 has been on vacation leave ever since until this week,
I got a new 90x45x45 tank days ago and the Ecco Pro 300 once again was called to action which I set up on Sunday morning at 0030 hrs with the filter media which was used for 10 years.Set it up with the new tank with a double dosage of Seachem Stability and it is running right now in my living room.
May I ask if my filter media is considered used or new since it has not been used for 2 years?
It has substrat pro,biomech and seachem matrix in the canister filter.

Eheim Ecco Pro 300 Usage
I am ordering my 185 liter or 50 gallon tank (90x45x45) soon....I mostly keep platies,golden mollies,ember/cardinal tetras,peppered corydoras and kuhli loaches.
I have 2 units of Eheim Ecco Pro 300 on standby and both have a flow rate of 750 liters per hour.
May I ask if fitting 2 units will be an overkill or it is enough to just use one unit?
My filter media (from bottom to top trays) will be Seachem Matrix,Eheim Biomech and Eheim Substrat Pro with a pack of Purigen.
I am having plants like Anubias,Christmas moss,Java fern with large pieces of arranged driftwood.

Should I change the O-Rings
I am an aquarist of 22 years and my last tank of 10 years(90x45x45) cracked in the middle of the night back in Oct 2024 and I had a small tank with a HOB filter for the past 20 months.
Now I have decided to get a new tank cabinet set again which is 90x45x45 and my 2 units of Eheim Ecco Pro 300 have been sitting in my storeroom ever since my old tank cracked.
I want to get em back to work again but I just wanna ask if I need to change the O-rings before I start to get em running again?
I had been applying Eheim grease on their O-rings once a month when they were previously still in operation.
