Recommendations for high performance/aspiring athletes?

I was wondering if anyone knows any podcasts that talk about being an athlete or talk about high performance in any type of field.

Will certain stretches affect my speed negatively?

Hello everyone, hope you are doing well.
I am a Soccer player trying to increase my athleticism.
I was looking into becoming more flexible and also getting faster and stronger. Recently I’ve been doing stretches in order to gain a bigger range of motion in touching my toes.
Will doing stretches for this affect my speed in any way, for example make me slower? I know that stretches for people vary based on different goals so I was wondering how these will impact me.

When I bend my toes it slightly hurts in this spot. What’s next for recovery

I rolled my ankle a week ago. Around where the foot and leg connect just below, I feel a slight pain when I bend or sit on my toes. I can do most things normally. This is the only that’s getting in the way. It’s not a bad pain but still an obstacle. I was wondering if there are any steps I should take here

How do I train match fitness while also staying fast?

Doing some research, I saw that many endurance runners have slow twitch muscles fibers which allow them to run insanely long distances, however their sprint speed would not be the same as a sprinter(obviously). And vice versa.

How do professional footballers have insane speed while also having good fitness for 90 minutes. How would they train?

Japans best attacker will not be in this world cup

I saw it necessary to post this here because mitoma is one of my favorite players and someone I draw inspiration from in my own play and even though I’m not supporting Japan, I was supporting him as a player for sure

Just to relate this to blue lock, would there ever be a plot point like this in blue lock where the most important like rin gets injured and blue lock have to continue
