LG vs Midea
I’m planning to buy air conditioning for my house - 2x 3.5 KW split systems. One unit will be installed in the attic for cooling and occasional heating during winter. The second unit will be used to cool the upper floor.
The installer recommended the Midea Breezeless Plus and Breezeless E models. However, I also asked for a quote for LG DUALCOOL AI Air Deluxe units. The price difference is significant, so I wanted to ask if anyone knows anything about Midea air conditioners. This is my first encounter with the brand - apart from knowing that Midea has this special vent on the front, it’s a Chinese product and one of the largest manufacturers, I don’t know much about them. Or should I throw some extra cash for LG. I don’t need fancy features, other than easy wireless / app setup and reliability.
