I’m wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation.
May 29, 2026: Marriage-based interview.
At the end of the interview, the officer verbally told us that both my I-130 and I-485 were approved.
June 16, 2026: My I-130 was officially approved.
My I-485 is still pending with no updates.
Has anyone else received a verbal approval at the interview, then had the I-130 approved but still had to wait for the I-485? How long did it take before your I-485 was finally approved?

I had my marriage-based green card interview 2 weeks ago. The officer told me during the interview that both my I-130 and I-485 were approved and that the status should update within 48 hours. He also said I should receive my green card within 2–4 weeks.

However, it’s now been 2 weeks and my USCIS online account still shows “Interview Scheduled” for the case. There has been no update, approval notice, or card production notice.

Has anyone experienced something similar? How long did it take for your case status to update after a verbal approval at the interview?
