Scheduling On-Hold
Today I logged on to my portal and noticed a course that was supposed to begin today wasn't showing up. I somehow wasn't enrolled...nor can I schedule it. Due to a glitch in the new system, advisors and all other staff are unable to schedule students into courses for an undetermined amount of time.
***No courses can be added/scheduled until further notice through National University, via multiple phone calls to the Academic and Financial advising department.***
They have not sent out any notice regarding this...so unless you were already scheduled into a particular course, your education will be on hold until they sort out their technical glitch.
+Update: Some people can now be enrolled, but it is not showing up in the portal or Navigate...so despite having supposedly been enrolled, we see no evidence of that and cannot access our course.
