How I think housewife will tie into TM4 rumored Greek theme
Tate new song "Housewife" connects to Greek mythology by turning the old ideas of a perfect “house” wife upside down.
Her theme for this started during the SCTW deluxe but really later at the VMAs last year where she based her performance on Medusa.
Later, during her Lolla and OSHEAGA performance , she performed on a stage with a Greek theme, covered herself in liquid gold like the myth of King Midas, and even flashed the scripture thing like in the little mermaid on the big screens. At those same shows, she wrote an on-screen letter about a "housewife crime," which hints at old Greek stories where women got into trouble for breaking out of the home to take control of their own lives.
Finally, she confirmed this theme on The Tonight Show, explaining that the song is about "a woman who can't be contained." You can see this clearly in the song's cover art, where instead of a baby, she is pushing a stroller filled with stacks of cash, proving she is building her own empire rather than staying trapped at home.
