I dont know what I want to do with my life

I (22f) have never had any sort of career ambitions in my life, throughout my childhood I just said whatever popped into my head first just because it was expected that id want to be something when I grow up, now as an adult I feel like I have no direction or idea for where I want to go in life, I dont intend to get married, a husband and kids sounds totally unappealing to me because I dont like having people depend on me, so I want to be able to support myself but id need a career first, I genuinely enjoy working retail (weird, I know) but its not something I can live off of forever so I need something else.

I like constantly having new things to learn in a job, i get bored if nothing ever changes, I like working with people and a definitely would never want an on call job because my free time is important to me. Does anyone have any ideas for a career path that could work for me? Ask more questions if you want/need.

Why should I only eat "breakfast food" for breakfast? Why not just eat leftover dinner for breakfast?

When I cook I always cook enough to just eat it for every meal for a couple of days, my mom thinks this is weird and is constantly pestering me to eat breakfast food for breakfast, but I dont particularly like any traditional breakfast food, oatmeal grosses me out, omletes and egg related things are too much work, frozen waffles are always soggy and fresh waffles and pancakes are a lot of work and anything like muffins, bacon or sausage just isnt enough without eating a ton of it, which will cost too much money, so I eat dinner leftovers because i know i like it, its fast, its easy and i know itll be enough, is there any particular reason I shouldn't do this if it works for me?
