Fumes smell in cabin
Bit of a random one, this has been going on for about a year and a half ish.
Its fairly intermittent but that could be on and off each day for a week to be on for a month and off for 4 days before its back.
My dad thought it couldve been from oil burning (which it does burn oil in fairness) but its sometimes strong on startup after maybe 3-4 days without turning it on although he is much more of a mechanic than me.
Im starting to get annoyed at the car tbh with random maintenance things coming up but this is what bothers me the most as I cant figure it out. Not seen anyone else have this specific issue so thought id have a punt here for any help.
Engine runs reasonable well and the pcv was changed if that means anything when that packed in about a year ago (around the time that the fumes started but feel like it was before so likely unrelated imo)
