Greetings Fiesta group!

In my usual Facebook browsing, I found this little thing for sale for 5K. 2016 with 100K miles, but Description said it has an issue with the throw out bearing and is undriveable, as well as the obvious paint issues in the pictures provided.

I hit him with a 3000 offer, and he responded with 3200. Has a video of the engine running, so it doesn’t hurt to check it out. I’m mechanically inclined, so have no issue dropping in a new clutch and other needed things.

Currently have a 98 GT, and my Gen 2 MDX as a daily, so this would replace my Acura. I’ve driven a 2016 focus st, and a 2019 golf tdi, I liked both driving and size wise (and the child in me loved the BOV of the focus), so I’m just curious how the fiesta compares?

Honestly, at this price and from what I’ve seen on similar listings, I’d be in maybe 4K altogether granted nothing else major. So I could sell it and at the very least make my money back if I don’t like it, or have a reliable and fun daily?

So, thoughts from owners? How is this is a daily/ just grocery getter, and would this be an easy sell if I ended up not enjoying it like its bigger counterpart?

As the title says, this is my next project on my 2017 FiST.

Got a lc5i pro 5ch LOC and a recoil red1800.5 5ch amp, focal ISFORD series speakers, as well as a rockford 12” sub in a spare tire box.

Any tips on wiring? All the youtube vids ive watched only have cryptic descriptions of how they wired and didnt show what they did, and i’m a visual learner unless it is described in GREAT detail.

I’d like both the sub and the LOC to be under the false floor in the trunk, but am unsure how to begin. I’m assuming running speaker wire from the front/rears in the head to the trunk and then back to the front so i can reuse the factory wires to the doors is the easiest, as the focals are plug and play, not wired in. i’ve wired in amps before but that was with older cars using aftermarket single DIN stereos.

How do i power the LOC? where do i wire the remote turn on to? Should i use the LOC bass knob or the amplifier bass knob?

Pulling the seats is a non issue if i have to for a clean install but would also like tips on wire routing. Any help is appreciated and pictures would be fantastic if you have a similar installed setup to what i’m trying to do

Howdy! Our ‘15 has been leaking coolant but I cant find the source. I’ve highlighted the area where I see pooling.

Before I start removing the intake and battery harness, has anyone dealt with this? Or know what part is located in the highlighted area?

I’ve recently bought some 17x8 Rotiforms for my 2013 fiesta. It’s currently lowered on white line lowering springs. Any recommendations on tyres size or any info on if i’ll have to roll my guards to make them fit would be appreciated.

I was sitting in my car the other day probably about 30-45 minutes and it ran hot never done it before and it hasn’t done it again ever since it’s been about a week coolant reservoir was low so I topped off next morning but this is what I’m looking at car still running fine though Any suggestions? Probably just coolant Reservoir replacement?

Mileage is 110k as of now, mods list is listed below, one accident it was a side swipe but clean title. Talked the dude down to 8,770$ would this be worth it only thing unknown is how many miles on bigger turbo and clutch. Should I purchase or stay away any opinions would be amazing! It’s a 2 1/2 hour drive from me. And anything to look out for?

Anyone else lose a rear wheel arch liner? I’m wondering if I should order a replacement or just forgo it altogether.

Is this how the top of my window trim is supposed to look? I feel like I’m missing a part here. If it is, anyone know what it’s called?

Hi folks,

Battery nearing the end of life, planned to change it today. When I got to unhook the old one, it's full of corrosion (I had noticed some a while back but didnt realize the extent of how much it had worsen, that's on me).

The corrosion/rust has eaten up the clamp and whatever small connector attached to it (there is a bit of broken copper in the connector, see the elegant finger pointing 👉)

Any advice as to how to deal with this? Would you know the parts #, and whether a swap would be just some bolts + crimping of wire, or would require more labor?
