New: snap-on seat rail bolt covers for the Fiesta - hides the grimy metal brackets

Hey everyone,

I just released a new product I think some of ya’ll will appreciate: Seat Rail Bolt Covers.

The bare steel brackets and bolt heads at the front of the seat rails get packed with dirt, dust and crumbs. They're a pain to clean around and they look unfinished.

These snap right over them and give you a clean, smooth trim surface instead.

To celebrate the launch, I'm taking 10% off everything until Thursday the 15th.

New Dead Pedal Cover and Cup Holder Coasters for the Fiesta ST

I just finished designing and released two new products to my store today. One is a Dead Pedal and the other is a set of Cup Holder Coasters. Both are very easy to install and remove and provide some additional styling options for the Fiesta's interior. The Dead Pedal helps protect the carpet from wear and tear and attaches to the carpet with 3M Velcro, whereas the Cup Holder Coasters has grooves that fit snug into place.

The Cup Holder Coaster goes well with my other center console color mods such as the Cup Holder Bezel, Shifter Bezel, and Cubbyhole Extender.

Some people really like putting 'ST' on everything whereas others not so much (including of course the non-ST Fiesta owners!) so both products are available with or without the 'ST' logo.

I'm offering a sale on my Etsy store for 10% off all products until this Friday, Aug 14th. You can find find them on sale with more info at Razzter.Etsy.com

Let me know what you guys think. I know it's not for everyone - many owners prefer to keep their interior OEM and clean - but I think it's nice to have some low-cost, easy, and reversible options for customizing the Fiesta's interior. So I'm happy to be releasing these to the community and I have several more aesthetic as well as functional Fiesta ST products in the works to come!

Cheers- JT

Is there a better option than disabling "Reduce Infill Retraction" to avoid scarring on the top surface from Travel movements?

As you can see in the photo - the travel movements are not z-hopping and dragging through the internal solid infill (purple). This is the layer right below the top surface, and so the travel movement is causing scarring visible through the top surface.

Disabling "Reduce infill retraction" seems to help fix this - those travels are now z-hopping rather than dragging through the Internal Solid Infill - however there should be a way to increase the number of top surface layers that are not considered "infill"

Does anyone know of a way to increase the Top Surface layers? Increasing 'Top Shell Layers' does not fix this because those top shell layers under the 1 top surface layer are still considered as "infill" layers

Thoughts on this Dead Pedal design?

This is a prototype. I’m looking for feedback from the community on the design of this dead pedal I’m working on. I plan to offer the red hex’s and ‘ST’ in various other color choices. It’s securely attached with Velcro hooks to the carpet, and is designed to fit above the Weathertech floor mats.

When I go to the shop I see significantly higher prices versus the Comparison page. I'd understand if it was just that the Compare page doesn't show any current discounts - but it's not even that. The base price is higher in the shop even without any optional add-ons or combos.

Shop prices:

H2C $2,399.00 USD

H2D $1,749.00 USD $1,999.00 USD

H2S $1,249.00 USD

Meanwhile for the X2D it's reversed. The shop is cheaper at a base price of $649 USD but the Comparison page lists it as $699.

Am I missing something here?

I've been wanting to make this for awhile now and finally got around to it. I designed a 3d-printed sun visor extender to fix that annoyingly large gap between the a-pillar and the visor.

I designed it to sit flush against the roof when the visor is folded away and not need to be pulled out to extend it - so it unfortunately doesn't cover 100% of the gap - but it does a damn good job blocking the sun by covering up about 75-90% of that gap (depends on your seating position and how you have the visor angled). It just slides right over top of the sun visor - no adhesives or modification to the visor needed.

Finally released a new product after like 2+ years - so to celebrate, I'm offering 10% off everything on my Etsy store until Friday 5/8.

Hello all - I print with PETG a lot and when my X1C performs it's ceremonial Z-Homing (auto-bed leveling off) at the start of each print - sometimes it measures the bed height wrong and sets the Z height too high which results in poor bed adhesion sometimes resulting in failed prints or at the very least a terrible first layer - essentially ruining my prints. I believe this is happening because the PETG will ooze out after nozzle cleaning - or there will be some debris stuck at the end of the nozzle during the Z-Homing phase of print initiation.

What I'd like to do is be able to z-home once for the print bed and then disable it from re-homing on each successive print.

I've looked online and only seen suggestion to turn off the auto bed detection - which I'm hoping there's a better work around to disable the z-homing without disabling auto bed detection. Thanks.
