As the question says, what would happen if a vampire sucked the blood of someone HIV positive? Since vampires are immortal, would they simply live with the effects forever? Or do they have some strange supernatural healing ability that keeps them in perfect health at all times. And if they have such an ability, what happens if an HIV positive person becomes a vampire? Do they suddenly become in perfect condition? Or do they live with HIV forever since it's a preexisting illness?

Based on your experiences who makes a better partner? Someone with an older sister, younger sister, only brothers, or no siblings?
