Potential hot take denal is the most underrated canon clone trooper imo
Denal is severely underrated I feel because he only is in the clone wars for two episodes from what I can remember and in those episodes not only does he become one of the first clones in the show to have custom armour designs making him a instant standout to the audience, survives a direct encounter with grievous despite at this point only really being a background character who can use a jet pack, survives and completes the mission alongside Rex in the mission to rescue R2 and blow up the seperatist station. Denal also shows incredible combat abilities being able to fight extremely well in a zero gravity environment and using his equipment to fight extremely well while other clones mostly struggled and after that he alongside koho I believe are a couple of the only clones in Star Wars (not including Boba) to actively make Cad Bane bleed as his blood is noticed by Ashoka after Denal’s unfortunate death and Cad stealing his armour.
Another potential hot take if he hadn’t have been killed off he could have definitely became a ARC trooper due to his clear improved skill over normal clones. And yes if you couldn’t tell Denal is my favourite clone. RIP my goat gone too soon
